Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited

Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited (AEML) is one of India’s largest electricity distribution companies and part of the Adani Group. It supplies power to over 2.9 million customers across more than 400 sq km of Suburban Mumbai. AEML runs integrated generation, transmission and distribution operations, including the 500 MW Dahanu Thermal Power Station. Customers can pay bills, submit meter readings, check outages, view tariffs and register complaints through the Adani Electricity website and mobile app, and earn points through the Electric Smiles rewards programme. AEML is also the nodal agency for the MNRE rooftop solar programme in its area, helping residential and housing society customers get solar subsidies. Through its “Mumbai Switch to Green Pledge”, AEML is rolling out EV charging stations powered by renewable energy at housing societies, offices, high-footfall locations, airports and highways connecting Mumbai.
